What “verified” means on a listing, and what it does not

What we check

Owner identity, the property address, the photographs and the ownership papers supplied to us.

What we do not do

Verification is not a title search by a court-recognised authority, and it is not legal advice. Before you commit money, have an independent lawyer review the documents.
